​Duties and Responsibilities

• Be familiar with and enforce the Constitution and Bylaws and ensure order is maintained at all meetings of the membership.

• Be familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order and parliamentary procedure.

• Submit and announce any amendments to the Constitution or Bylaws to the membership/update them appropriately.

• Count votes with the sitting president during chapter elections.
