Duties and Responsibilities
- Be familiar with and enforce the Constitution and bylaws and ensure order is maintained at all meetings of the membership.
- Be familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order and parliamentary procedure.
- Submit and announce any amendments to the Constitution or bylaws to the membership/update them appropriately.
- Count votes with the president at the January Conference.
